Returns and Refunds:

No returns on Canoes, Kayaks, or Paddleboards.

30 day return policy for ACCESSORIES:

  • Must be in their original packaging and unused.
  • Items not in their original packaging are subject to a restocking fee.
  • If shipping a returning item - customer will have to pay to ship the item back; refund on item will be initiated after receiving and checking item condition.

All refunds will be credited.

Shipping and Pick-Up:

For accessories and inflatable kayaks - shipping will be an option during checkout.

  • If you did not select shipping and would like it for your order, call us and we can adjust your order.

For Canoes, Kayaks, or Paddleboards:

  • If you would like to check shipping availability reach out to us through the Contact page or call us.

Pick-Ups - APPOINTMENT ONLY:

  • For picking up your order you will NEED to call us beforehand to schedule an appointment.

 

Custom orders and In Stock Availability:

If you cannot find a particular boat or item in our shop from a brand we carry - Contact us for ordering.

Custom ordering:

  • Brands that allow custom ordering (i.e. trims, layup, etc...) Contact us or call (603)753-9804.
