We offer SUP Yoga Classes an Introduction to Kayaking course
Yoga Classes are every Thursday at 6PM and Sundays at 9PM
Designed for enjoyment and education of an entry level paddler. Topics will include paddling environment, personal preparation, personal equipment introduction, paddle stokes, basic rescue skills, safety and more.
